Trusted by 50+ founders. We work with non-residents worldwide — Germany, the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, India, the Netherlands, the UAE, Singapore, Canada, Turkey, Switzerland and Austria.
Six layers, built in the order they have to happen: US LLC, EIN, ITIN through a Certifying Acceptance Agent, US business banking, a US ID, then the card ladder. Both sides of it: personal and business bank accounts, personal and business credit. Most providers stop at the business file. Apply for the wrong card at the wrong time and you are declined — the order is the product.
Formed in Wyoming, Delaware or New Mexico, with registered agent, operating agreement, US business address and your federal EIN — filed without an SSN. We keep the annual state report and the Form 5472 filing on schedule; missing 5472 carries a $25,000 penalty even when no tax is owed.
Form W-7 filed through a Certifying Acceptance Agent, so your passport is certified in person and stays with you, instead of posting the original to the IRS in Austin and waiting weeks without it. The ITIN is what goes where a card application asks for an SSN — the piece most non-residents are missing, and the one most providers skip.
We guarantee one thing outright: a valid US state ID — the credential US banks and card issuers ask for when you have no social security number. Not a driver's license, and not card approval, which no honest provider guarantees. We handle it end-to-end; one short in-person step is yours.
Real US business checking that accepts non-residents — Mercury or Relay, opened remotely from Norway, France, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, New Zealand or anywhere outside the US, with USD wires, ACH and a debit card. Payment processing set up alongside it.
Secured and starter cards that report to Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, plus a D-U-N-S number and Net-30 vendor accounts, build your business credit score from month one. Then the EIN-only business cards that need no personal guarantee, and the climb to Amex Business Gold, Business Platinum and Chase Ink — and on the personal side, Amex Platinum and Gold.
Direct, ongoing advisory throughout the build and beyond — strategy on structure, spend, approvals, and your personal path to premium credit.
Filed without an SSN
Wyoming, Delaware or New Mexico, filed without an SSN. Registered agent, operating agreement, federal EIN. We keep Form 5472 on schedule — missing it costs $25,000 even with no tax owed.
Certified in person
Form W-7 through a Certifying Acceptance Agent, so your passport is certified in person and stays with you — no posting the original to the IRS in Austin and waiting weeks without it. The ITIN goes where a card application asks for a social security number.
Proof in your own name
A real US address for you and the company, with proof in your own name — what banks, bureaus and card issuers ask for at account opening.
The one thing we guarantee
A valid US state ID — the one thing we guarantee, and the credential US banks and issuers ask for with no social security number. Not a driver's license, and not card approval, which no honest provider guarantees.
The file starts ageing
Bureau registration, a D-U-N-S number and Net-30 vendor accounts reporting to Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. Your business credit score starts month one.
Roundtrip included
One short trip around the appointments that matter, roundtrip airfare included and booked by us. The only step that needs you in person.
Personal and business
Mercury or Relay, plus walk-in accounts opened together — business checking that accepts non-residents, from Norway, France, Sweden or anywhere outside the US. USD wires, ACH, debit card. Personal accounts too.
Which ones, in what order
We file the applications and chase them — cards that report first, then the EIN-only business cards that need no personal guarantee.
Once your file is seasoned
Amex Business Gold, Business Platinum and Chase Ink. Personally, Amex Platinum and Gold. Chase Ink carries a personal guarantee, so that file comes first.
eSIM, not VoIP
A genuine US number on eSIM, not VoIP. Direct access to us through the whole build and your first card approvals.
I've been deep in the world of credit cards and points since 2018, and working inside the US financial system since 2021.
Those tools took me around the world — 40 countries and counting, mostly on points, with over 1.5 million points redeemed on flights and cruises.
But travel was the smallest part of it. I've used US credit lines not just to scale my online businesses, but to build a highly profitable offline business in the self-storage industry.
Along the way I helped friend after friend set up US LLCs and get real access to the US credit system. After enough demand, I'm now offering it publicly.
Both, and that is the main thing that separates us from LLC formation providers. Most of them stop at the business file: LLC, EIN, ITIN, then business card applications. We open personal and business bank accounts and build a personal and a business credit file alongside each other. The US state ID is what makes the personal side possible, which is why we guarantee it rather than treating it as an extra. It also matters commercially: the strongest business cards, Chase Ink among them, are personally guaranteed, so a thin personal file caps how far the business ladder can go.
An agency. A real team files the paperwork, sits in the calls and chases the IRS on your behalf — this is not a platform you log into and complete forms in, and it is not a course. You get a named point of contact, we do the work, and the only step that needs you in person is the short appointment for your US state ID. If you have been quoted by a formation platform and then discovered that the ITIN, the banking and the card strategy are all extra or all yours to figure out, that gap is the reason this exists.
For most of our clients it is not about tax at all, it is about access. A US LLC with an EIN and a US business bank account gets you paid in USD by US customers, on to Stripe and the US payment rails, and on to a credit file that grows into real limits. Your tax residency is a separate question that depends on where you live, and it is one for a qualified adviser in your country rather than for us — we are not tax advisers and this is not tax advice. What we do is build the US side correctly, including the filings a US entity owes, such as Form 5472 with its $25,000 penalty for getting it wrong.
Most founders go from zero US footprint to a first card reporting to the bureaus in about 12–14 weeks. Climbing to premium cards depends on how your file seasons — typically several months of healthy, on-time activity on top of that.
Almost the entire build — LLC, EIN, ITIN, banking, and your card ladder — is done remotely. The one step that can require you in person is obtaining a US-issued ID, which strengthens your banking and card approvals. We set up the US ID process for you, and where an in-person visit is needed it's typically a single short trip. You do not need to be a US resident or hold a green card.
Business and secured cards in your ladder are chosen specifically because they report to the major US bureaus (and where relevant the business bureaus like Dun & Bradstreet and Experian Business). We prioritize cards that actually build a file.
Yes — a US state ID, and that is the precise wording. We guarantee you will obtain a valid state ID, the credential that makes US banking and card approvals far easier. A driver's license is a different document with a driving test behind it, and it is not something we guarantee. The state ID guarantee is also separate from credit approval, which no honest provider can guarantee (see the next answer).
No — and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Approvals depend on your profile, spend, and how your file seasons. What we guarantee is that we set up the infrastructure correctly and position you as strongly as possible.
Because the setup underneath them was thin. Accounts get closed when the address is a mail drop the issuer recognizes, when the ITIN and the entity do not match, or when a personal card was opened on an ITIN with no business behind it — Capital One has closed ITIN-holder cards in waves for exactly this reason. We build the opposite: a real LLC, an EIN, an ITIN filed through a Certifying Acceptance Agent, a US business address, and cards in the company's name. The order of the setup matters more than which card you apply for.
You don't need a US business yet — we build that. You do need a real, active business or a genuine budget; this program is designed for funded founders, not pre-revenue exploration.
No. Founders Credit provides setup and administrative services. We are not a law firm, tax advisor, or financial advisor, and nothing here is financial advice. We work alongside your own advisors where needed.
